Jon Provost must have some canine in his DNA. He understands the relationship between dogs and people implicitly. Watching Jon interact with dogs has been a dearly loved pastime for generations of viewers, ever since his career-making role as Timmy in the Lassie TV series. Since his early acting days – gracing screens from not-quite-three – Jon has seen it all: the trials of child celebrity; the social strain; the sex, drugs and rock ’n’ roll of the ‘60s on the Sunset Strip; and battles with near-crippling depression and dyslexia. For a while there, Timmy really was stuck down a well. But he got out – and these days Jon has a different story to tell.

2008 marks Jon’s 50th anniversary in the role of Timmy. He is celebrating with the release of his autobiography, Timmy’s in the Well and a multi-city tour. The legacy continues.

"Science is like a long road paved with observations, ideas, and understandings. From a distance it looks like a smooth strip of ribbon meandering through time. But up close, it can be seen as a rocky road indeed -- a mix of insight and oversight, design and serendipity, precision and error, and implication and revision." J. Marvin Herndon

Understand Earth also Nuclear Planet

J. Marvin Herndon talks about new scientific theories related to earths beginning, plate techtonics and the future implcations of this new science and new theory about planet earth.

Maverick's Earth and Universe Book Order Link

J. Marvin Herndon is a highly trained scientist who just happens to also be a truly "out-of-the-box" thinker. He was trained as a physicist and holds a Ph.D. in Nuclear Chemistry. He was also the hand-picked beneficiary of knowledge from two aging world-master scientists, who had themselves been trained by world-master scientists. Dr. Herndon is known as the originator of the idea that the Earth might have at its center a five-mile-wide natural nuclear reactor, called the georeactor, which is the energy source for the geomagnetic field. Discover magazine in 2002, featured his work and suddenly the scientific community began to take notice. For thirty years, Dr. Herndon has been on a path of discovery that he often refers to as a "logical progression of understanding." Along that path he has had important insights and has made major discoveries in planetary science and, especially, about the Earth.

“How the Future Happens” (The Science of Time) of "The Merlin Project" with Futurist Paul Guercio and Physicist Dr. George Hart.

In a world where timing often spells the difference between success and failure, The MERLIN Project® gives you a hedge on the Future. Think of it as a high-tech crystal ball, through which you can glimpse upcoming periods of intense activity or rest that indicate the best (and worst) times for launching projects, initiating and sealing business deals, getting married, scheduling non-emergency surgery, moving, taking on a new job -- in short, when to deal with major life changes, well in advance of their actual occurrence.
