Wendy Maltz, M.S.W., is an internationally recognized psychotherapist, sex therapist, and lecturer. She is author of the highly acclaimed resource The Sexual Healing Journey: A Guide for Survivors of Sexual Abuse, coauthor of Private Thoughts: Exploring the Power of Women’s Sexual Fantasies, and editor of two poetry anthologies: Passionate Hearts: The Poetry of Sexual Love and Intimate Kisses: The Poetry of Sexual Pleasure. Wendy and her husband, Larry Maltz, also a therapist, recently completed work on a new book, The Porn Trap: The Essential Guide to Overcoming Problems Caused by Pornography to be published in April 2008 by HarperCollins.

Wendy is codirector, with Larry, of Maltz Counseling Associates and lives in Eugene, Oregon.
