Wonderful Pie Crust

4 Cups of Flour
1 and 1/2 Cups of Lard or 1 Cup of Lard and 1 Stick of Butter
1 TBS of Sugar
1 TBS of Vinegar
1 and 1/2 Tsp of Salt
1 Egg
1/2 Cup of cold water

Mix all ingredients together till it hangs together so you can roll it out. Do not over work or over mix the ingredients.
