Gail Mossman is the State Youth Coordinator for the Minnesota National Guard under the guidance of National Guard Bureau Child and Youth Program. The Mission is to provide Social, Emotional and Academic Support to Children and Youth of the National Guard. Gail is also a State Partner with Minnesota Operation: Military Kids. The focus of this program is on the emotional impact of deployment on children and youth, issues Guard and Reserve families face, military programs which support them and how community can support.
