Jeff Falkingham was born and raised in Browns Valley, Minnesota, and received a well-rounded education in the public school system, where he played football and baseball, and trumpet in the school band. He was a charter member of the Browns Valley Centennial Band, and long-time manager of Butch’s Buzzards softball team.
